This article I wrote for Woolworths TASTE in 2013 gives another meaning to the slogan ‘Eat Local’! Shaun Schoeman, the chef at Solms-Delta Wine Estate’s Fyndraai Restaurant, incorporates basketfuls of indigenous edible plants into his cooking.
